I was born in Málaga and spent 4 years living in Ireland, so I move naturally between both cultures and mindsets. I’ve planned with Irish couples, and I’m bilingual (Spanish & English)—nothing gets lost in translation.

Do you handle legal paperwork in Spain?
We focus on symbolic and civil-style ceremonies in Málaga. Many couples complete the legal part at home and celebrate here. If you need legal guidance, we'll point you to official resources or local officiants, but we don't process legal paperwork ourselves.
What's included in your payment structure?
We work with transparent milestone payments - typically 30% to secure services, 40% at 6 months before, and 30% final payment 30 days before your wedding. All vendor payments are handled separately and transparently. Wedding Day leadership includes up to 10h; extra hours at 30€/h per coordinator. No hidden fees, ever
How far in advance should we start planning?
We recommend 12-18 months for destination weddings to secure your preferred venue and coordinate guest travel. However, we've successfully planned beautiful weddings in as little as 6 months. Earlier planning allows for better vendor selection and guest accommodation rates.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
All our recommended venues have elegant indoor backup options or covered terraces. We include rain contingency planning in every package and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless transitions if needed. Spain's climate means rain is rare, but we're always prepared.
Do you work with venues that accommodate late-night celebrations?
Absolutely! We specialize in venues with extended curfews and work with local authorities when needed. Many of our cortijo and private estate venues allow celebrations until 3 AM. We'll match you with venues that fit your celebration style.
Do you take commissions from vendors?
No. We recommend vendors based on fit, quality, and reliability — not kickbacks. Any supplier discounts are passed directly to you or reflected in your quote so costs stay transparent.
How do you handle accessibility needs for elderly guests?
We prioritize accessibility in venue selection and provide detailed accessibility information for all locations. We coordinate ground-floor accommodations, accessible transportation, and work with venues to ensure comfortable access for guests with mobility needs.
Can you help with guest travel, accommodation, and weekend events?
Yes. We provide curated hotel suggestions, transport options, and restaurant/activity recommendations across Málaga and the Costa del Sol. We can also coordinate welcome drinks, rehearsal dinners, and post-wedding brunches as add-ons.
